Customer Advisory Boards
Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) are a way to engage more deeply with a smaller group of customers on an ongoing basis. CABs are a group of existing customers that come together regularly to advise a company on topics such as customer experiences, trends, strategic direction and business focus.
